Solas Croi Day Spa is an adult only facility. Booking is essential and will only be confirmed upon receipt of credit card details.

Lateness

You are invited to use our exclusive Thermal Suite Facilities for 1 Hour with any treatment over €65, from 10am bookings use thermal suite after your treatments. It is essential to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Lateness may result in a shortened treatment time but will not affect pricing. Please make staff aware upon booking if you or a member of the group are pregnant. Please bring your own swimwear & flip flops, robes & towels will be provided. Flip flops can be purchased at Spa Reception and are necessary to be worn in the Spa.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our other guests please give at least 48 hrs notice if you need to cancel. Please note that there will be a 50% charge if cancelling after this time. No shows or same day cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the treatment booked.

Patch Testing

May be required up to 48hrs in advance for Tanning, Tinting and Waxing.

Etiquette

You will be provided with a Robe and a Towel on arrival. Please, bring your own swimwear and flip flops as this is essential in Thermal Suite Area. Also, you can purchase flip flops for €5 at the Spa reception desk. We ask all the guests respect the privacy of others and that noise levels are kept to a minimum.

Solas Croi Day Spa accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of personal property.

There is no smoking within the Spa, please ask staff for the nearest designated smoking area.

No access will be permitted to people under the influence of alcohol.

Prices are correct at time of print but may be altered without prior notice.

All relevant medical information must be given when filling out the medical consultation.
